Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of this website and to cleaning services provided by Blue Sky Cleaning Solutions LLC. By using the site or booking a service, you agree to them.

We provide residential cleaning services in Bergen, Passaic and Essex County, New Jersey. Service availability depends on location and scheduling, and we may decline work that falls outside what we can reasonably deliver.

Estimates are free and carry no obligation. An estimate is based on the information you give us — the size and condition of your home and the service requested.

If conditions on site differ materially from what was described, we will tell you before proceeding and agree a revised price with you. We will not carry out extra work and then charge for it after the fact.

Estimates are not binding until confirmed by both parties.

We will agree a date and time window with you. If we need to reschedule, we will tell you as early as we can.

Please give us reasonable notice if you need to cancel or move an appointment. Recurring cleaning is a schedule, not a contract — you can skip a visit or stop the arrangement at any time.

You are responsible for arranging safe access on the agreed date, whether that means being present, leaving a key, or providing entry codes or building instructions.

If we cannot access the property at the agreed time, we may have to reschedule.

• Tell us about anything in the home that needs particular care or should not be touched
• Secure valuables, cash and irreplaceable items before we arrive
• Tell us about pets, alarms, or anything affecting safe access
• Tell us about any surface requiring a specific cleaning product or method

Some conditions are outside what cleaning can fix. Permanent staining, mineral etching on glass, damaged or failing grout, worn finishes and existing damage may improve but will not be reversed by cleaning. Where we expect that, we will say so before we start rather than after.

We do not provide exterior or upper-floor window cleaning, carpet extraction or shampooing, pest control, or any service requiring a trade licence we do not hold.

If you are not satisfied with a cleaning, tell us promptly and we will work to put it right.

If we damage something in your home, tell us as soon as you notice it so we can address it. Reporting promptly matters — the longer the gap, the harder it is for anyone to establish what happened.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of the services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
