Booking & scheduling
How do I get a price?
Fill in the estimate form or call us. We ask about the size of your home, how many bathrooms, and what needs the most attention, then come back with a clear price. It is free and there is no obligation to book.
How far ahead do I need to book?
A few days is usually comfortable. Move-out cleans and short-notice jobs we will fit in where we can — call us and we will tell you honestly what is available rather than promise a slot we do not have.
What areas do you cover?
Bergen, Passaic and Essex County in North Jersey — more than 60 towns. Check your ZIP on our service areas page, or just ask us.
What are your hours?
We work from 7 AM to 8 PM, which means you can book before work or after the kids are down rather than taking a day off.
Our services
What is the difference between standard and deep cleaning?
A standard clean covers everyday surfaces — kitchen, bathrooms, floors, dusting. A deep clean goes further: inside appliances, baseboards, grout, vents, behind furniture. Most homes start with a deep clean and stay on standard afterwards.
Will I get the same cleaners each time?
Yes. We are an eight-person in-house team, not a marketplace of rotating contractors. Your crew learns your home, which means less to explain and a more consistent result.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes, everything is included. If you would rather we used specific products in your home — because of allergies, pets or a surface that needs particular care — tell us on the estimate call.
Can I customize what gets cleaned?
Yes. Tell us what matters most and what to skip. Some clients want the kitchen and bathrooms done properly and handle the rest themselves.
On the day
Do I need to be home?
No. Many of our clients are at work while we clean. We arrange access with you in advance and lock up when we finish.
What should I do before you arrive?
Nothing much. Picking up loose clutter helps us spend the time on actual cleaning rather than tidying, but it is not required.
Are you comfortable with pets in the home?
Yes. Just let us know what to expect so we can plan around them — and tell us if any doors need to stay closed.
How long does a cleaning take?
A standard clean is usually 2 to 4 hours. Deep cleans and move-out cleans run longer, often most of a day. Your estimate includes a specific time window for your home.
Pricing
How is pricing calculated?
By the size and condition of your home and the type of clean, not by a flat rate that ignores both. That is why the estimate is free — we would rather quote your actual house.
Am I locked into a contract for recurring cleaning?
No. Recurring service is a schedule, not a commitment. Skip a visit or stop whenever you need to.
Is the estimate really free?
Yes, and there is no obligation attached to it. If the number does not work for you, that is a normal outcome and nobody will chase you about it.
